How can I place an order?
Orders for our baby strollers and products can only be placed through our website.
What is the order fulfillment time?
The fulfillment time depends on product availability:
- In-stock items – shipped the next working day.
- Items on order:

- If the product is in stock – fulfillment within 7-10 working days.
If production is required – around 3 weeks. - Before placing an order, you can contact us to check the product’s availability.
- If the product is in stock – fulfillment within 7-10 working days.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes, it is possible to cancel or modify the order, but only before the fulfillment process begins. In this case, please contact customer service as soon as possible. After the product has been shipped or production has started, changes or cancellations are not possible.
Shipping & Delivery
What delivery options are available?
We offer delivery via courier to the specified address.
What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs depend on the chosen option. However, when purchasing a 2in1, 3in1, or 4in1 set, shipping is free and included in the price.
How long does delivery take?
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 1-3 working days, depending on the chosen courier. However, in the case of customs clearance, the entire process may take up to 10 days.

Returns & Claims
Can I return a purchased product?
Returns depend on the type of order:
- In-stock items – can be returned within 7 days.
- Ordered items (in stock or requiring production) – no returns, as these products are not stored in our warehouse and orders are processed as they come in.
If you have any doubts before purchase, we can arrange a product presentation – we will come to you and show the product.
NOTE: The product to be returned must be in its original, unused, undamaged condition and in the original packaging. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted.
How can I file a complaint?
Complaints can be filed through the online form or via email. Please include proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
Warranty & Service
How long is the product warranty?
The manufacturer’s warranty covers material and manufacturing defects discovered within 12 months of purchase by the first owner.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects, provided the product is used according to the user manual. If a defect is found, the manufacturer will repair or replace the product.
What cases are not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover:
- Natural wear and tear from use
- Mechanical damage due to improper use
- Repairs and modifications made by unauthorized persons
- Damage caused by weather conditions (rain, prolonged UV exposure)
- Fabric pilling and fading colors
- Wheel damage due to improper use
What should I do if I detect a defect?
If a defect is found, you should:
- Immediately stop using the product
- Return the product to the store where it was purchased or to the manufacturer’s authorized service center
- Provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)
In what condition should the product be returned for warranty?
The product should be returned in a clean and complete condition. Otherwise, the complaint may be rejected.
Can I repair it myself?
No. All repairs and modifications should be carried out by the manufacturer’s authorized service. DIY repairs will void the warranty.
How to properly maintain the product to keep the warranty?
- Regularly check the condition of the mechanisms and tighten the fastening elements.
- Lubricate moving parts with spray Teflon or light oil in an aerosol.
- Do not use chemical cleaning agents on the frame.
- Do not store the stroller in a damp environment.
How to dispose of the product after use?
Please contact your local waste disposal facility to properly dispose of the product according to applicable regulations.

Can I purchase service parts?
Yes, we provide access to new service parts that can be purchased to repair or replace damaged stroller components.
